Investment Criteria

The investment team generally looks for opportunities that satisfy a majority of the following:

Management: Senior Management Team in place experienced in sales, marketing, finance and operations.

Company Profile: Companies with a strong market position, acceptable profit margins and recurring revenue streams.

Financials: Revenues between $2.0 Million and $50.0 Million, EBITDA positive within 12 months of our investment, and the company should be meeting its current sales and financial targets.

Industry Profile: Growing markets within the United States and a global presence. Targeted industries include healthcare, information technology, telecommunications, and alternative energy and organic products.
